With over 10 years consulting at McKinsey, Deloitte and IBM Katie advised leading companies including Pernod Ricard, Sanofi Aventis, Novartis, Foster’s, SAB Miller, Shiseido, Coles, Wesfarmers and Toll.
She has over 10 years C-Suite operational experience, holding leadership roles with Foster’s, Super Retail Group, Deloitte and IBM.
Katie holds a B.Pharm (Hons.) from the University of Tasmania, MBA from MBS/Cornell and GAICD.

Paul McCarthy

Paul is an experienced senior executive with over 25 years of experience, mostly in the retail, consumer products, consumer services and logistics sectors.
He has over 10 years of C-Suite and senior management experience, including CFO and General Management roles, with 7-Eleven, Foster’s, Maurice Blackburn and iSelect. He has solved many strategic challenges via ~60 growth or business reshaping strategy projects, delivered substantial profit improvement via numerous digital and physical operating capability transformations (including eight years leading data science programs) and successfully led teams navigating through growing or challenged operating situations.
Paul has generated significant shareholder value via ~100 M&A, strategic partnership, divestment, and capital raising projects (avoiding value-destroying transactions) over 15 years, having led large ASX listed corporate development functions and having been an investment banker and adviser at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs JBWere and PwC.

Martin is an experienced CEO and Advisor with 20+ years experience in the Consumer. Retail & Technology sectors.
He has deep experience in the fashion industry, having led the private-equity backed buyout and transformation of Brand Collective from Pacific Brands for Anchorage Capital Partners.
Martin has extensive experience in digital transformation and has learned that culture and capability are the real keys to unlocking the potential of technology in leading organisations.
Martin holds a B.Comm (Hons. 1st) and B.InfoSys, from the University of Tasmania.
